a whole boxy thingy of shrimp fried rice and a Snapple Sun Star fruit orange (with Echinacea, beta carotene and rosemary).
man starch, carbs, protein and calories is there a better lunch before an intense workout later in the evening.

How bout Mesculin greens tossed with low-fat dressing, chickpeas and red beans and sunflower seeds for protien, brocolli (vitamin A), red onion (antioxidant), and croutons (flava).

Top it off with fresh foccacia bread for carbs. 4 times or more a week this is my lunch.

I LOVE foccacia. Basically, I love any kind of bread. I haven't eaten lunch yet though. :(

I know but 135 to 140 is my median weight. during the very hot months down here i usuall hover in that range it's just too hard to stress tying to be above 140 especially when there's no reason. when it starts to cool down i usually hover just above 140

I just finished my homemade veggie lasagna. I wish I had the focaccia bread to go with it though.:(

I also had a peach. I love peaches

Really love your peaches, wanna shake your tree.

Update:

I actually was totally unmotivated to go to class last night but did anyways. Once i got into it i had a really good class. I really pushed myself to the edge.
