What better thing to do when there is a 20mph head wind at the dirt jumps? Old school grass slalom. Of course we had to show the youngsters what we were talking about.

I do miss the old days of racing dual slalom on a grassy hillside.

Yeah, this is in Carbondale. Things are turning green except where the fire last week made them black.

All those huge mtns. in the bground and this is the slalom hill?

This was a spur of the moment decision to have a slalom session at the dirt jumps. We are going to be finding a better grassy hill to do this on. The snow line is only a couple hundred vertical feet above us at this point.
