The P series bikes are really short. I am 6'2'' and came from a BMX background and the bike felt too cramped. For reference I ride a COVE stiffee sl with a 23'' tt
I am 6'3" and I ride a long P.1. I do feel cramped but I can still flick it well. I just dont ride it for a long time becuase then I start to hurt. Look at the Large Giant STP becuase it has a 23" TT.
on the specialized website, it says the long has a top tube of 596mm, I don't know if thats effective or actual because it doesn't say, but thats 23.4645669 inches, man, I so smarts

yeah the P1 and the P3 frame are the same thing and the short is 22.5 but he is 6-4 so I gave him the long which is 23.5 if you would like to check the specialized website please do because it doesn't say whether its real or effective, but I am guessing that it is effective because the P3 has such a sloped top tube I think that the real length would be like 24 or something
i happen to have an 05 catalog here at home, and it says that they are measured horizontal. p2/p3 come in both short and long the p1 only comes in long. the frames are not the same between the p1 and the p2/3 the p1 has shorter chainstays. the p street is a whole different frame(chromo and geometry somewhere between both sizes) my 2 cents
