I am pretty sure I'll be doing the NYS XC series race#2 the sunday of KillingtonI'm out this year . the family would rather go to pedro's
interested in a 4 man at killington ?
ME TOO!I'm planning on doing the LUNA Chix thing at Pedro's with Alison Dunlap.
Hopefully that will be on FridayME TOO!
Well, not AS a luna chick
Freakin Doug...always driving the chicks away.blah......start your own thread about pedro's
It's not I'm always gettin screwed.Hopefully that will be on Friday
My duo partner is on the road, and my back up one is broken...so it will be a solo for me (length to be determined by heat/humidity level).I think I am going. Waiting to see if my duo partner is in. If not I may do 6 or 12 solo. If it's freakin' 95 and humid though, solo would suck. Duo was hard enough in those temps.
Doug, you going? If so what are racing.
Yes, camping. I won't be up there until Saturday either. I have another person riding a 12 hours solo I would be camping with. I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue if you want to be at the same site.My duo partner is on the road, and my back up one is broken...so it will be a solo for me (length to be determined by heat/humidity level).
You camping? I'll be at a wedding Friday night, and will not make it to PP until Saturday - and I dont want to pay that extra $30 or so just for me to "camp" part of Sat. night
ummm, even i did 6 laps last year, and splat still called me a wussway to step it up!
right now I have a bike issue......my geared rigs are dead, and I doubt I could do more than 2 laps on the rigid SS.
hopefully the geared rig can be fixed before the race.
"baaad" or just insane??if i can get a ride up i've got the go ahead
if you want to move up a couple of places in the standings douglas(or anyone else for that matter) you should stop by and pic me up
i'll be signing up for 12hr. solo...ss...rigid(cause i'm a baaad maan)
"just insane" this will be my first mtb ride since memorial day..."baaad" or just insane??
where do you live? but I doubt I can, I have to go to my nieces wedding Friday night, then I planned to head direct to NH from there (whenever it ends.)
**cough *** cough ** sandbagger ** Cough ** cough **I'll be the slow guy on a blue salsa el mariachi (more then likely wearing a twinsix jersey)

My goal is not to lay in the grass at the bottom of the second hill at 11pm because both legs cramped at onceso does anyone have a specific goal for the race ie podium, not last , XX # of laps, etc?
I accomplished that goal last year every lap.4. ride ALL the stunts in that guys front yard
PP stays muddy a long time, but it shouldnt be as bad this year (hopefully)yeah, but last year there was a "bit" of mud in addition to a "bit" of humidity... i'm hoping that "team drop" shows back up this year so i'll have a chance at not ending up DFL
i am planning on crushing everyone who races in my category...married, non-sponsored, orange bike riding, virgo, lucky sock wearing, smack talking poseur category...they do have that at pat's peak don't they?!
i'll bring you some beer! just remember, i spend way more time talking trash on this board than riding, so you may just want to buy me a burger and i'll sit and drink beer with you.oh...right, was it that much? Hmm, I might just do 2 laps and go get a burger and some beer(s)
Climbing - you meant to say pushing in my case.lets not forget the 900 feet of climbing per lap. 13 laps ==12000 feet of climbing

not sure if i can make it to the top in only 30 minutes!Hey, lets just have a bbq at the top the mtn...how's 12:30 sound?
