Hi All,
I have installed a Sram PF30 Bottom Bracket with a Truvativ X9 crank into a 2011 Specialized Stumpjumper FSR EVO Frame. I'm using a Gamut P20 ISCG 05 chainguide. The spindle is not spaced out far enough so there is not enough space for the rollers and chain. They are really tight in the higher gears. I've removed all the small spacers for the chainring bolts and the spacers that fit into the iscg tabs. Does anyone know how to space it out more or add spacers to the drive side of the spindle (it's a BB30 crank). I have already modified the chainguide a bit so I don't really want to take the file/belt drive approach anymore. If you have advice, do tell! I'd like to go one a ride later today.:)
Thanks,
Sam
