Why would you even know where to find that picture? 
To those not in the know, there was a thread here about these Spanish ladies who printed off a few thousand of these 'erotic' calendars to raise money for charity.
None of them sold for some reason.

My guess would be that he poured liquid nitrogen into water.
Wouldn't it be the other way around? Would the nitrogen start to turn to gas as it was being poured?

For this stuff it would slide but what if he was adding water to some nasty acid instead of acid to water
