I was stoked at first when I realized very near where I will work is the "goodyear" skatepark beautiful pics of it on concrete disciples... seen video of Morgan Wade destroying the place... alas late last year it became skate only..
Chandler has a bike only park-- but is on the opposite side of town.
You still have Glendale's X-Park that is pretty good. I haven't hit Chandler's bike park but I heard it wasn't that great. I lived there for about 8 years and hated it, but I'm from NorCal so I'm bias. There's a lot of street tho, hella canals
Phoenix was pretty sweet when i was down there a while ago. Also if you're into MTB trail riding and other outdoor stuff then there's plenty around the area as well as northern AZ. I had a blast up there.
I know of a shop that has a couple seasoned street riders. They're hella chill so if you're interested I can get the info, (it's a home). I always hit up that store when I'm in AZ, it's on the westside in Glendale I believe.
Dude X-Court looks rad... I must have drove by that intersection where it is 10 times last week on a visit...
I did check out the Goodyear park which is skate only and fully fenced and monitored and then some friends I have in the area (which only ride XC/Trail/ told me that was the MO for all the parks) which bummed me out but this makes up for it... Unsupervised ride whatever CHAOS..LOL
you have to sneak into a couple of the parks out there. my friend spent his whole life until last year living there. mayo trails are good, and this place called fort i think, that has huge stuff. good street too. lots of 20" guys
