So it was my first time at Galby today, Daryl took me up with himself and his kids. Brought my camera and took some photos at the top...here are some favorites.

How were conditions? Do you remember which trails you rode?

Yeah it was pretty sweet.

It was definatly greasy, and some big puddles in spots...so expect to get muddy. I brought goggles, and so did 2 other guys....I think everyone else was envying us. So if you plan on going very fast bring goggles. Long sleave jersey would probly be good to, because it was chilly even with the sun, and your arms get muddy.

As for the trails, cheach and Chons is all I remember..."Boltupright" or Bent^biker can tell you better, as they know the trails and brought me.

Thanks. I pretty much have a route planned already. Just checking on conditions. Galby is a lot less forgiving when the wood is wet.

Just found out I'm on a tight timeline tomorrow so its either early there or a quick ride on the East side. Maybe a Rat Pac lap before the snow.

looks like fun! i miss galby, its definetly worth the 45 min hike for the 40 minute ride. i think its more like 30-35 if you take that shortcut and come up by the wonderwall
