My girl likes porn, mostly as a curiousity. She can be highly critical of other women though, her commentary is pretty funny.
I like porn. My gf likes porn. I went through the whole finding out phase with previous gf's (an akward annoying phase where I have had some girls tell me to stop...I did...seeing them). At this point in my life, if and when I am single, I broadcast quite abruptly what I like and dislike when it comes to sex. I expect the same respect in return (this obviously isn't a first date thing but pretty quick)...
This method has saved me from a lot of girly girls/annoyances. So in short, there is no finding out, I want them to like porn, it means other things

When I had a GF, I stopped looking at porn all together, except for a few times with her.

If I found out my girlfriend was into porn, I have to admit, I'd be a bit weirded out by it. She's not the "type" of person that would seek out porn. I wouldn't be angered or anything, just perplexed I guess because of how she is. She had suggested once or twice she wouldn't mind watching one with me just to check it out.
my wife is totally against porn but I was never really that interested in it myself...more curious than anything else when I was younger...now I would rather do it instead of watching others do it....D

My current girlfriend is pretty set against it because that's how she was raised, which I'm okay with. I think if you have a healthy physical relationship, then porn becomes unnecessary. That's not to say that if both of you are into it, it's not all well and good to look at it.

Comes back to the dreaded C-word: communication. What does one get from vids/magazines? Does that tie into any insecurities with the other? My GF is not into mags/vids, and actually buys me a mag for entertainment when Im out of town. She likes taking me to strip clubs though.

My wife and I used to enjoy it together (movies, strip clubs). I used to enjoy it by myself also. Then she got pregnant. And things got real complicated. And then our daughter was born. And things got more complicated. And now there is no more porn in my life.
I don't care if my fiance checks out porn, as long as it's not sick stuff like animal or scat porn or something. I don't think he's really interested though, cuz when I sneak up and try to catch him in the act it's always pics of bikes.

My ex-wife was totally against any think remotely related to porn - I got my ass chewed more than once over a simple magazine, it was easier to just give it up than listen to hours and hours of why I was defective a human being. She definately had serious issue about pictures of naked women.

My for Christmas last year my bf got me a subscription to Penthouse. We look at it together.I don't think that you need to have porn in your relationship, but I think that it's important to have good communication when it comes to sex, and the desires of each of you.
