i have a 2001 psylo race, its has had some play in it and the rebound is blown up too.it been like that for quite a while now,but i have a fox 40 to replace it now. i would like to fix it up and put it on my ht. so my questions are:
1) would it be possible to replace the brushings and getthe parts for the rebound?
2) would it be worth it to spend money on it fixing it or should i just get rid of it?

Ditch it. Those are such POS's and get played out really quick. Unless it's warrantiable (i.e. free fix), maybe just try to sell it for almost nothing to someone for parts.

yea, i think you are right. i just a reply form rs about it and they said it would cost 200 bucks for a rebuild. plus the shipping, i think it would be more worth it to get a new fork.
