12:00pm – 4:00pm Race Course Inspection (Hiking only, no lift service, no bikes on course)
5:00pm – 8:00pm Athlete/Media/Vendor Registration (Appalachian Hotel)

Friday May 25th

9:00am – 3:00pm Athlete / Media / Vendor Registration (Appalachian Hotel)
9:00am – 12:30pm DH Amateur Class practice
12:30pm – 4:00pm DH Open / Pro Class Practice

Saturday, May 26th Downhill Qualifiers

7:00am – 11:00am Last call for registration
8:00am – 10:30am Amateur Class practice
10:30am – 12:00pm Open / Pro Class practice
12:15pm – 12:30pm Mandatory riders meeting
***Official start times announced at riders meeting***
12:45pm – 4:00pm Downhill Qualifiers
Starting order: Pro Women, Pro Men, AM Women, AM Men
4:30pm – 5:00pm Qualifying results posted

Sunday, May 27th Downhill Finals

9:00am – 11:00am Amateur Class practice
11:00am – 12:30pm Open / Pro Class practice
12:30pm – 1:00pm Course closed for maintenance
1:00pm – 4:00pm Downhill Finals
Starting order: AM Women, AM Men, Pro Women, Pro Men
(Pro Classes will run in reverse qualifying order)
4:30pm – 5:00pm DH Awards Ceremony - Located at the finish line
