I don't know if you have noticed my lacks of posts, or if you really care. I have been riding a lot more and enjoying the warm weather. Three weeks ago I got back on the bike, 2 weeks ago I had my first race of the season and in over a year. I raced a High School series and won the race. I was encouraged to race the local xc series, yesterday winning second. I feel that I am in great shape and I will continue to get faster. Coming from a background of riding downhill bikes to riding xc on a 29er fully rigid is a huge advantage. If anyone is in the lower ny/ nj area check out the H2H series race.
