Apparently that's an issue in the Middle-East. When my friends were over there they said the locals stand up when pooping and make a mess. There are 2 bathrooms, one with toilets and one with a hole in the floor so the locals can squat.

We used to crowed the KFC in Dubai because it was one of the few places in town with sitters (1991). I don't think I ever actually ate there.
