Hey y'all. Thinking about getting a GPS because the roads here in CT seem to be set up at random. Yeah yeah, I know, they're "old," so they're allowed to wander in random directions, but the long and short of it is; it's easy to get lost.
Was looking at the Garmin 605 for help. I don't necessarily want it for route planning, though there is some of that, but partially for "ok, I'm here, how do I get home?" I don't need HR/cadence/power/etc, so the 705 isn't really for me I think.
But what about the 500? Will that do enough for what I want?
I have a couple of loops that I'm reasonably comfortable with, but honestly, one or two turns and I'd be wandering roads for weeks.
Thx everyone.
