I'm planning on going to the WC at Angelfire. I am going to leave CO on Friday, watch practice runs and the amateur cup, and then stay in the area that night. Saturday I'll watch the finals and then leave that evening.
I'm considering sleeping in the bed of my truck in the parking lot, but if others are interested in going and staying in Taos, I might be into it. Anyone else planning on going and staying in the area? Do you already have accomodations somewhere? Any interest in sharing and splitting the costs?
Taos is a pretty fun town with good eats and beer, but it can be a bit steep. I don't know what exists for lodging in Red River, but that might also be an option. I would also be interested in sharing a campsite if folks would rather do that.
