Looks like this ^.
I met a dude who races for 661 and he told me about them, EVS puts these together as well.

I have an unstable shoulder that tends to subluxate when I bike or board. I've already had a couple of surgeries and I don't have time/money for another right now.
I spoke with people I know who work in sports medicine and orthopedics but no one knows anything about them.

how bad does it dislocate?
i know a few people that have used this with relatively good success, but they didnt bike with it.

I rarely get a dislocation that requires traction.
It's usually a partial that resolves spontaneously once I relax.
I'm just wondering how much stability this brace would provide.

I used the EVS version for a while whilst I was getting over a dislocated shoulder. I really liked it. I had a bit of instability in the joint and it was good for holding things nice and tight whilst I was doing sport and riding.
