I love my Slider, but the soft screws are driving me nuts. The allen heads seem to strip so easily. Has this been a frustration for anyone else? Where do you find stronger h/w?

As I am ready to head to the HW store, I have the specs on all the bolts, except for the tapered bolt that holds the compression knob on.

I believe that it is a 3mm. Anyone know the length?
