Just thought we would share some pics from interbike for our roadie friends out there:

Those spokes are carbon tubes that work in tension and compression. Evidently there is almost no tension on the actual rim (like a normal spoked wheel) as the carbon tube itself is the main structural member supporting rider weight.

these are the new cosmic ultimates. Spokes are carbon threads integrated to both the hub and rim. the MP3 programs sounds like a must. The pricetag is...well, it is what it is.

They are incredibly light though.

I Just sold a set of the NEw Tracomp wheels this morning. Man they feel good when you ride them, good closeup pics, Here is the linky if anyone is curious how the zero tension/comprssion works. The yellow ring in the Diagram is actually red in the wheel, and butts right up against the end of the spokes, Its what makes the wheel work this way. Pushes right through into the other side of the wheel
