Hi, i trying out a new tuned shock and from what the guy who tuned it calculated i would need a 2.75"x700lbs/in spring. the thing is we can t find it anywhere. who makes those?

manitou makes up to 750lbs in that size, although it may not fit all shocks
nothing a dremel can't handle... (at least when it's about the width, right)
some time ago my friend dremel and i fitted a 700*2.75 on a vanilla rc shock, and i had absolutely no issues while using it.
