Yeah, the guy does take an interest in his work. The one I posted is a 29er. They don't make lugs that would give him the geometry he needed so he cold worked (i.e., bent) them to suit his design needs. I can't imagine how labor intensive that is.
Here's my wonderfully ghetto SS. Note the 175 cranks because I broke the stockers and the Deore brake + lever. (Thanks, dad!). Then just look at the noce job I did converting it to a SS.
