Can you be more specific on what caused the failure? I'm not sure what you mean by "cocking up".They look neat but at Ft William world cup I saw 3 riders with them and they all had wasted race runs caused by this thing cocking up and failing.
Shame really as I loved the idea of it.
I saw that on Freecaster (at least one of the failures anyway). I was surprised because I thought it would be the one with the least problems. They look neat but at Ft William world cup I saw 3 riders with them and they all had wasted race runs caused by this thing cocking up and failing.

Well...that's if CRC comes through...Really? Nice!
X2!Our team (6 riders) have been using them all summer long on our Morewood Makulu. We have been racing the entire Quebec Cup, Canada Cup, Nationals, 1 week of riding in Whistler, multiple days of riding in Bromont and Mont-Ste-Anne. Our top rider raced Champery, Val Disole, and Windham World Cup as well. I am the team mechanic and all in all we experience no problem what so ever, no drop chains, no bent bash guard, nothing. Super easy to work on, super silent, and very easy to clean as well. Definitely a big thumbs up! I was skeptical at first, coming from super reliable GAMUT P30's, but I must say that I am pretty sold to them now. I just put one on my Yeti 575 for XC/AM riding, and I'm pretty stoked as it is very silent.
That's UK for "fycking up."I'm not sure what you mean by "cocking up".
And a shiny new Size Small Transition TR450 is lying at my house in wait...Well...that's if CRC comes through...
The red bits for the guide, my seat collar and chainring are at Dunbar lying in wait...

Ages. Im suprised but after riding in really dusty and muddy conditions I only start to notice wear now and straitline guys claim that the initial wear is much faster.how long do the slider pieces last?
