I guess they didn't get the memo about "3 Stripes you're out" for marking hazards. Anyways we got stuck with Contra Costa's Chief. All their IAFF guys said that he was a straight shooter. Since he's been with my dept. he has done nothing but lie and throw us under the bus.

BTW ...do they use 100ft. sections of 4 inch? That would explain all the spagetti at the tailboard.
