So I got a new 2011 Reverb yesterday but its stuck in the up position.

I have read lots of posts with people having problems out of the box.

I have bled it following the SRAM guide 5 or 6 times now and there are no air bubbles from either end.

The lever is solid, as in I cant push it in, but it works when there is a syringe in the bleed port.

I took all of the air out of the bottom and refilled it to 250psi.

Any other ideas before I send it back?

Send it back. The lever sounds faulty.
