Looks like I'm having another streak of insomnia. Haven't had a good nights sleep in 4 days. Was supposed to get up early and do a long run this morning, but instead I tossed and turned all night and said eff it when the alarm went off at 4. ugh......

Sunday, coffee, the Tour and some riding later. Yeah. Wifey and son departed on the road to deliver a load of toys to St. Judes. Wish I could've gone, but alas, someone has to work.

Rolled out of the house with the wife at 6 am. Hit the barn so she could ride her horse. At 10 am we are doing the final walk through on our new house then going car and appliance shopping.

Afternoon.

Yesterday = Rode a ton of singletrack and smashed my foot on a small stump near the end of the ride.

Today = Just got back from some lunch and beers by the lake with the wife, baby, bro-in-law, sis-in-law, and nephew. Damn, I think I need an afternoon nap...

Rode around Case Mountain today. On the way out, I turned around to watch BigT go OTB. She is alright, but now I have to fix her bike.
