Suspicious Big Hit on CL?

I couldn't remember what they sold for new and the ad looks like somebody who knows nothing about bikes.

$300 and it looked pretty clean.
The picture was taken with both wheels off. Why wouldn't you take 20 seconds to put them on for an ad? He noted that it had two tires 2.30 wide, but no other details other than the color which I figured out from the pic. It said, "Text me if you want this."
Just seemed fishy to me. My dad just had his bike stolen, so I am a little mad at bike thieves right now.
