This year at Whiteface as part of our opening weekend specials we will have a free showing of whatever film gets the most votes on our online poll http://www.hcor.net/postt29646.html
at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts. This will be a benefit for Tara Llanes road to recovery. We hpe to have this announced on Giant for Women's web site soon.
We have other specials and a full list of fun events with discounted lift tickets for the entire weekend. 2nd annual Hcor Day 6-20-08 thru 6-23-08.
We are also setting up a donation box on each one of our 4 ladies ays this year. Since women will save the $32.00 fee for a lift ticket we think we can raise a sizeable amount of money to help Tara.
We are also working with Giant for Women and will be challenging other resorts to do the same. See who can raise the most money in 1 season.
We are also working on another women's only dh clinic this year. Guest instructor to be announced soon.
