So up here in the midwest, its cold, its wet, and the trails are unrideable. A friend and I are thinking about killing a multi day weekend in Texas, preferably near houston and riding with some locals.

Whats the weather been like? and are there any public trails that are rideable?

I just moved to Houston and I am dying to hit some good jumps, I am always willing to put in some work and help out with dirt costs. Are there any decent riding spots around here?
