    the entire background was a paradigm speaker ad a little while ago, distracting and annoying.

    I run adblock, but since that wasnt a popup or anything it was the entire background of the screen it would appear a run around for them

    i'll have to take a a look and see. Mostly remember blocking anything .com/flash not sure what specific domains etc.

    it was weird, literally the entire screen background was an ad then it went away. but be some testing going on.

    I know. Damn. It sucks SO MUCH that completely unused space on the page is leveraged to generate revenue to run this free service.

    Just assumed this was a bm change as I'd never seen it before. I've no issues with revenue generation. It was in addition to the banner ad

    I saw the giant page-background ad when I used Firefox for a bit on a crappy computer at work that doesn't like Chrome for some reason. Then I went home and fired up Chrome + ABP and all was well.

    i think i did once. immediately closed window as I couldn't figure how to mute it. Might have been pornhub though.
