They are loaded with protein, but are usually very high in calories and fat too. I wouldn't be surprised to see a fully loaded burrito hit 1,000 calories. Lots of calories in the cheese and the sour cream.

the ones in the frozen food section, the ones from taco bell, or the ones you make yourself?
they are all different. using fresh ingrediants and not using alot of sour cream, i would say they are pretty good for you. I'm not a nutrionalist though....
I say they are great, because you can load 'em up w/ hot hot hot sauce. :devil:
