Yeah, here's another couple of Chris Akrigg videos. His riding seems to be about 30% trials-style and 70% BMX street style. Great stuff.

you've seen those on bg, haven't you?

on the simms vid: really reminds me of earlier days with brute style like van homan and levan. I wish they'd shot that stair gap from different angles as well, seems the most huge move in the entire vid.

i can't even imagine the drop off the railing to flat!! that had to be 20' minimum!!

on my old hardtail i did about 8' to flat like that and i thought it was awesome...damn

That guy has some mad skill, but I don't really get the stoke from that kind of riding. To me it doesn't really look like that much fun.

Now this.. Red Bull Empire of Dirt 2008 Highlights on Vimeo is what my riding fantasies are made of.

Don't get me wrong, I respect the skill it takes to ride street well, it just doesn't have the flow and fun factor of sick trails.
