Its petty issue, but "defence" is an accepted spelling of "defense." It's the british way of spelling it, like

i would highly recomend not marrying into that family. the daughter will almost always side with a father.... even if she is the cutest nicest best hoover chick you have ever met. the pain and suffering of the extended family in contrast to your appareent positions... take it from one who knows.
