other than that, 2012's are being sold at pretty close to MSRP at most places

Im really set on the Kashima. I hate buying used forks... you never know what you are going to get.

The 2012 has different seals and foam wipers along with a deeper kashima coating. Aside of that save the money and get the 2011 and replace the wipers and seals at a maintenance when needed with new ones.

ahh, i forgot about the new SKF seals....the foam rings are the same though.
