Well I am not new to cycling. I ride a fixed gear most of the time and I used to own and ride a trek 1600 along with the handful of mountain bikes I road into the ground growing up. I Bought a trek 4300 disc as it was all I could afford at the moment. I would like to race this bike in just entry lvl races. Eventually I want to get a better bike. any thoughts on the 4300 as a entry lvl race bike? has anyone seen any of theses in a race? or a bike comparable to it?
I know its not the best bike to start out with. I just want to ride.
