They are great company based in Portland, OR. I do a lot of business with them. I've used Tufo clinchers for various purposes for 4 years; I like them, but make sure you run some Stans in them. They also have this tendency to scoot along the rim over time. Every now and then you have to remove the tire and line the valve stem up.

I think he's talking about the "tubular" (built-in tube) tires, with a bead still for mounting on clincher rims. I don't know of anyone who's tried them, I remember "Love" tires did it a few (many) years ago in the MTB realm. Not sure how well they work though.

Oh, and Ire, as great as the company may be for consumers, they were a major thorn in my side as many of the tires they sell are grey market, for well below retail, and had a very negative effect on sales. Oh, those tires are 40% less than retail online, I'll just buy them there instead of a shop. And I was having a very hard time tracking their supplier.
Oh well, that's not my job anymore, so have at 'em!

$94, which is $5 less than QBP...

Just to clarify, I was referring to the tubular clincher tires you are talking about. I have three sets of Tufo tubular clinchers. Not to be confused with the copious amounts of tubulars I have.
