Business conference luncheon banquet. Grouper fingers and pineapple chicken. Going to dinner with our salesman, so there will be some heavy drinking later.

Already had jamaican chicken thighs with roasted garlic mashed potatoes & now I am eating a half of an avacado wtih balsamic vinegar but I am really craving a BBQ, so I may venture out in a bit & grab one.

I cooked some polenta in saltwater, mixed in some garlic, carmelized onions, basil and feta. Threw it in a frying pan with some olive oil until the bottom was browned. Put more basil on top along with some mozzarella cheese and grape tomatoes, and then broiled it until the cheese on top was bubbly and starting to brown just a little bit.
