The most exciting races for me are the ones where you see most of the run, like this one and La Bresse a few years back. It just seems disjointed otherwise.

I agree, but thats obviously only going to be possible on shorter courses with wide open areas. Anything else and you'll need 50 cameras, plus the runs will overlap with each other and there would be no way to show the rider's whole run and keep the broad cast "live".
I know some of the riders voiced their disappoint with VDI, but it was really one of the better races to watch at home.
A question for you New Zealanders. Where is Matt Scoles this year? He had some solid results last year. Is he hurt or just on a team that can't send him overseas?

No team offers for Worldcups as far as i know, Scolesy is currently riding for the local Marzzocci/Turner Importers. Bit of a joke that a top 20 RANKED rider like him struggles for offers
source is mz facebook. I think pinkbike once made an article about an upcoming shock from them and they wanted to make carbon stanctions and maybe a shiver?! Bike should be the carbon summum.
