Im 5-10ish and i will prolly top out alittle under six. Will a 20inch frame work or do i need a 20.5?

it depends on what you are doing, I am 5'6" and I ride a 20.25, if you are riding dirt go with long, hell, go with long for whatever you are doing, a 20.5 should be good
would a 21inch tt be too long? its for dirt/street
i would go w/ longer than 20.5
if your strong the length won't hurt you.
longer bikes jump better but can be harder to manipulate.
think about it in terms of airplanes.
big ass plane offer a smoother ride but small planes can do crazy stunts.
on a short bike you can throw it anywhere you want but they are a little bit more squirrly.
a 21 inch top tube would be fine for you if your close to 6 feet.
i'd go w/ that.
plus, longer bikes seem to manual better.
but these rules don't mean alot.
i've seen short guys on big bikes to the same thing as tall guys on short bikes.
it all comes down to practice.
but a longer bike will not leave you feeling cramped up.

No, it just depends what you are used to riding. I know people with 21" frames and people with 19.5" heat tubes, its all just a matter of preferance
