I weigh #225 and currently have a stock 600x2.00 rear shock spring. I want something a bit stiffer, but don't want to have to buy multiple springs to find the right one.

Anyone have any suggestions for weight as well as brand? I also want to replace the stock springs in my Psylo XC ans yuggstions there?

In addition to your body weight, your selection of rear spring will be dependent upon the leverage ratio (on the rear shock) the suspension design of your particular model of bike creates, so there is no easy answer to your question. Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer of your frame and ask thier Tech. Service person for a recommendation.

I too am about 225lbs and always opt for Extra-Heavy fork springs - it doesn't seem to matter what company makes them, at our weight, you probably need the heaviest ones they make!

Hmm, it is a Giant AC2 and is adjustable, I will definately give them a call.
