...the Nicolai Helius ST and the Helius DH?
They both are basically the same price and there
are just a few small frame differences. Is one better
than the other by something significant? I am looking
at getting one of them but I am curious to know how
big of a difference there is. ( if there is any at all).. Thanks.

On top of that would a Manitou Sherman Slider + be a better choice then a Jr.t?

I don't know about the bikes but the Slider+ (Dual crown right?) would be my pick over the JrT.
