It beat the holy hell out of "Free to be You and Me" by Marlo Thomas. If Billy wants a doll he should have his ass beat. Thats all.

I had some strange mix album when I was kid that had Marlo singing the song "Free to Be" on it and a bunch of other stuff. Might have been one of those K-Tel things...
We had it as second grade curriculum in the Denver school system in the early 1970s.
Man, how many times did I check that book out of libraries as a kid???
I don't even know if I want to watch the trailer... the book is such an awesome childhood memory.

That looks great. My daughter and I both enjoy that book and the trailer looks proper.
I had this concern as well, but I checked it out. Def has a lot of potential.
The kid looks to old for the part to me.

Saw the preview last night and me & the gal are looking forward to seeing it. I loved that book as a tyke, wore out like three copies. Time to get a copy for the daughter
