wanted to check out the difference between my field points and my broadheads. The target was in front of 2 bales of straw hay. Fired the field point. mid shaft into the first hay bale. Fired a broad head and heard a hard thwack. It went though both bales and when I pulled it out the tip of the point and a blade remained buried in the redwood fence behind the bales....enough of that until I buy a broad head target, either a block or 3D critter

You getting ready to hunt? What broadheads are you using? Just a heads up, the 3d targets get wrecked super fast with broadheads

tuning it by re-positioning the rest and aligning the blade and fletchings is was simple. I just feel that it is the cheap broadhead i was trying is not perectly balanced and/or aligned and causes a spiral flight path

Fair enough. I have four different broadheads, rage expandable, the cheap muzzy, toxics, and some g5 fixed. The G5's are by far the sharpest, but after broadheads tuning the bow they all hit the same now. If you are looking for a super nice, super strait and true broadheads, get the G5's.

You planning on a hunt this year at all?
