Anyone know of a free program that tracks workouts? I'm too damn lazy to write stuff down in a notebook. I just started getting serious about working out again and I want to track my progress. I'm willing to pay for a program if it's not too pricey and does a good job. I'd like something that tracks the body part worked, the type of movement (ie. bench press, curls etc), the weight used and the reps. Any of you 's use a program like this that you would recommend?
