I just got home from work and turned on the toob to check out the X Games. Downhill BMX was on.... 50ft gaps on a stepup?????? Boy, do I feel inferior now. I thought I was doing good to find enough sack to attempt a 5ft gap.

Actually, I heard the gaps were even bigger than that. Something along the lines of a 65 foot step up in to a 55 foot step down... The tracks just keep getting more and more crazy.

From what I understand, one guy even rode this year clipped in... Sick, I tell you.

They did and Cedric was the only one to try at the big jumps at Sea Otter. If riders want stuff like that they need to help build the course, that way they can be ridden.

I read on Specialized' website that a lot of the pro riders were choosing not to compete.
