so on pinkbike i found an x0 short cage for 160$. my original plan was to get an x9 short cage from my shop, but thats gunna cost me 110$ plus tax. should i get the x0, or should i just get the x9? this is going on my dj bike, and yes i run gears, cuz this dj bike is used for everything, since i cant afford 2 bikes right now.

$110+tax for an x-9 short. Here in the states they go for about $70. Check Ebay I just paid $150 for an orange x.o short brand new. Just because i wanted the orange to match my orange RF cranks on my ds/all round bike. Otherwise on my dh bike I run an x9 short beacuse they are less then half the price usually.
Also talk the guy down on pinkbike, look at what a brand new one goes for on ebay->

for a DJ bike there is no reason to upgrade to X0 unless you have money to spare. My suggestion is save money and look around the interwebz for a discounted x9.
That's true. Probably even better off with a mid cage X7
actually i dont even bother checking ebay.com, i check the.ca, cuz alot of people on the us one wont ship to canada.
That is so untrue most US sellers will ship to Canada but not overseas. Shipping to Canada is no big deal, just a customs form and just as expensive as shipping to Alaska or Hawii.
Believe me its worth keeping an eye on I have found X9 short cages barely used for $30usd. All about timing
