06 Hozfeller cranks (with outer bearing BB)
Syncross headset (might need new bearings)

Thomson X4 40mm stem
Hayes hydro brakes
Mavic Deetrax wheels
Sram X.o short carbon cage rear derralour
comes with a x.o grip shifter and trigger shifter (trigger shifter needs a small part)
