If I had to guess my bike weight I would say about 46-48 pounds lbs. But, here is what I came up with:

3751 g Frame, and seatpost-Clamp
1310 g DHS Rear Shock
3859 g Shiver DC uncut steerer tube
466 g HAyes HFX Comps Front brake- lever caliper, hose, rotor, bolts
490 g HAyes HFX Comps rear brake- lever caliper, hose, rotor, bolts
1333 g Gazzaloddi Junior 26X2.6" tire
1200 g MAxxis 24X2.7" tire 50a
448 g Maxxis Downhill Front Tube
400 g Maxxis Downhill Rear Tube
1100 g Front Single Trat Wheel
1100 g Rear Singletrack wheel 24"
177 g Shimano XT Front Deraillure
280 g Shimano Alvio Rear Deraillure
225 g Bottom Bracket ?
475 g Speacialized Big Arm Cranks ?
289 g SRAM PC990 Hollowlink chain
292 g Shimano Rear Cassets- 9 speed Deore XT
15 g Shimano Casset Lockrings
844 g BMW Shinburger Pedals
150 g Headset?
225 g Pro Taper Handle Bars
114 g Yeti ODI Lockon grips.
250 g Pair of shifters ?
275 g Seat/Saddle yeah ?
249 g Kore seat post ?
30 g Other bolts ?
200 g Custom Built Frame Guard ?
100 g Cut of tire/zip ties around fork to protect the frame ?
_______
20 011 gram = 44.116 703 286 pounds

So if all I said is right, my Big Hit weighs in at around 44 pounds.

But I forgot the Ti Spring so so maybe 43.2 Pounds.

***New Update***
SRAM Cassets and Rear deraillure... new front tire...
Maybe 43 Even pounds?

I'm about to put some 06888RC2s onit anyway and put the 40s on a Lahar I'm building up,guessing the Lahar with similer kit will come up under 40lbs easy.Possibly 37ish?

Frame is pretty heavy, but I got this around 42lbs with a TI spring and the forks, not in the photo. The rest is stock, oh- stans too.

That weight of yours sounds a little off no skids.

For 07 I have the new bike on order. Its coming in at 41lbs stock! Can't weight (get it?) to start playing with it.

WIth the TI spring installed, middleburn cranks and gamut guide. Also some dt5.1 rims. Not sure if I will keep the 888 or boxxer yet.

The heaviest weight I can get continuously weighing it on my bathroom scales is 19kg x 2.2 = 39.9lbs. I don't know whats up,it's dirty now and when I weighed it before when it was new it was 41ishlbs,I've removed mud guard and chop seat post down but that's it,beats me but if you wanna bet me $50 that it's under 41lbs on some better scales then your on.Make it 41.5 and an extra $10 for every half pound under.

Nah it's cool J5,bet was in jest. I did forget to mention Ti Brake arm and BB axle. I can't get a photo up on here but you've seen a pic of it anyway I'd imagine.
Not sure of frame weight, but you have to ad all the sprockets etc. I'm guessing if I can find a doner Giant for a 6way with a remote resi and Ti spring I could get it under 40 easy,or with a Turner Fox. Oh and Boxxers(but thats not my fork).
Not too many places I could save more weight without sacrificing strength.
