im looking in to getting a giant dh comp to replace my 03 sgs pro.
what do u guys think about the dh comp and how does it handle, geometry, suspension ext.
please dont tell me just to get a faith, cause i dont have the money

I like the feel of the SGS over the Giant. I have ridden both, and for where I ride, the SGS (especially because of the platform shock) feels really dead and slow. The SGS I have ridden feels much more alive and fun. The SGS reminds me of riding an oversize XC bike. It feels really dead and heavy to me. However, they can make you ride faster. I thought I went slower on the Giant, but I compared times and I was actually running faster on a rental Giant than I was on my personal bike (Spec Big Hit at the time). Good luck with the decision.
