I have an '04 Turner DHR and have put a Cane Creek 1.5 reduceing headset in the bottom of the head tube and an E-thirteen zero stack headset in the top. My question is, does anyone know manufactures/sells a flat top crown for an '03 Super T to replace the stock one? The head angle is perfect, bar height is perfect, but it seems that the crown now goes too far down on the stanchions, 1.5" without spacers under the crown and can get it to 1" with spacers but rather have the lower bar height with no spacers. Or, is it okay to run the crown that far down on the stanchions, I wouldn't think so, but what do I know...

I had the same fork on an 03 DHR with that exact same headset configuration when I got my "primary" fork rebuilt. Don't sweat it. It's fine. I rode mine for a few weeks like that at northstar. It lived.
side note:
Cane Creek is producing a 1.5 complete headset that is zero stack (TOP & BOTTOM) for '05 for 1 1/8 inch steerer forks. I got pics I can't show but you'll see it at Interbike in a few weeks anyway.
