I finished setting up my first zip line for filming a few days ago and I'm very happy with the results. It's between 160 & 170 ft long. I got a few test shots in before I lost the light, check them out.

a length of cable (static rope will also work), a comalong winch or z-drag system, a climbing harness and a snatch block that swivels.
