Anybody not like their SXTs?

Are you sure someone didn't just have a rear triangle laying around a shop some where. I might not like specialized customer service, but it is not like them to do that. In cases like this specialized would send a whole frame for ya, probably w/shock. If it was in waranty time period.

on a personal note, i got a whole new frame from Specialized with 2 months and I'm in malaysia. No complaint about the Co. Service. Distributirs were very helpful.
Thanks to tay Junction, Cappa Trading and Specialized for all their help! I'm getting my SXT as soon as it gets here!
